Chandler Hill Vineyards
Home

Chandler Hill Vineyards is rooted in a remarkable history dating back to the 1870s, when Joseph Chandler, a freed slave who settled near Defiance, Missouri, made this land his home. The winery now stands where his cabin once stood, preserving his legacy through displayed artifacts and the original cabin stones that adorn the entrance waterfall.

Established in 2007, Chandler Hill Vineyards was designed to blend timeless elegance with the natural beauty of Missouri Wine Country. Overlooking rolling vineyards, a serene lake, and the Osage Valley, the winery offers a refined yet welcoming experience for guests to savor exceptional wines, breathtaking views, and a legacy that continues to inspire.
