What Federal Tax Changes Could Mean for Yorba Linda BusinessesYorba Linda, CA â The Yorba Linda Chamber of Commerce welcomes the passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA), signed by President Trump on July 4th. Building on the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, the OBBBA provides lasting tax relief and investment incentives to strengthen small businesses and working families.
The legislation makes key business deductions permanent, extends expensing for capital and R&D investments, and expands Section 179, allowing small businesses to reinvest, innovate, and create local jobs. It also locks in lower individual tax rates and a higher standard deduction, offering families greater financial stability.
Representative Young Kim and local business leaders, including Frank Stefano of Stefanoâs Golden Baked Hams, praised the billâs positive impact on entrepreneurs and employees. The Yorba Linda Chamber continues to advocate for policies that promote growth, job creation, and community prosperity.
