Kellerman Investigations Hosts 3rd Annual Toys for Tots Gift Drive

Kellerman Investigations is thrilled to announce the 3^rd annual Special Event Toys for Tots will be Saturday, December 6^th from 10am – 2pm. This year we are expanding our efforts to also receive donations of non-perishable food items that will benefit the St. Cecilia Food Bank. To date, we have items worth $1000+ for raffle giveaways.

As in years past, there will be an opportunity to win a wonderful basket full of items donated by Kellerman Investigations and the gracious shops and restaurants from our local business community. Raffle entries are available for EACH toy or non-perishable food item donated. Additionally, we will have cookies and cocoa available for those making donations.

The previous Toys for Tots Special Event at Kellerman Investigations have been extremely successful in collecting toys and we are hoping that this year will be just as wonderful. We fully understand that with the costs of everyday items still high, that many more are in need.

We are optimistic that we can use our event to do more good for the community by receiving donations for the St. Cecilia Food Pantry. We chose the St. Cecilia Food Pantry because the Kellerman Investigations office was part of their history. Our office, built in 1949, was the church’s rectory. Records show that the original St. Cecilia Church was located in the side yard at the corner of South Main and Glen Crossing Road and dedicated in 1927.

Our fundraising efforts for Toys for Tots started in 2023 with encouragement from Mr. Kellerman; after the passing of my USMC father, David Warren, Sr. who passed away in 2022 just a little over a year after my mother, Lois, passed in 2021. My parents adored children and got the biggest kick out of watching them open gifts and seeing the smiles on their young faces. Granted, my mother loved to shop too.

The list of small local businesses that have contributed to our raffle this year include: Altitude Trampoline, Bagley Farm Meat Market, Bella Milano, Chef's Shoppe, Chocolate Covered Creations, Edison’s Entertainment Complex, Ed’s Delicatessen, Edley’s BBQ, Gingham Buffalo, Glik’s, Loverly Boutique, Orange Theory, Pantera’s Pizza, Peel Wood Fire Pizza, Poke Munch, Pottery Hollow, Sacred Grounds, Scooter’s Coffee, Slackers, Sneaky’s Bar and Burger Joint, SoCal Plants and Gifts, Teaspoons Café, Thrills Ville, Wasabi Sushi Bar, Weeping Willow Tea Room and Whisker Bones.

We are confident that more will be turning in contributions and we will update those on the social media event page about the 3^rd Annual Toys for Tots Special Event at Kellerman Investigations.
